We require a n experienced energetic Regional Sales Manager for the Florida marketplace.

Our customers include the major cellular carriers, hospitals, hotels and government buildings. Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Direct Sales Team and all sales activities in the region
  • Call on NEW accounts as well as maturing existing ones.
  • Responsibility tfor the overall success of the sales in Florida
  • Utilize broad discretion to achieve the sales goals, within company standards and policies.
  • Update of the sales pipeline in the CRM system (NetSuite).
  • Coordination with the engineering department to complete proposals.

ESSSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Build a Sales wining team
  • Conduct cold calls, prospect and qualify account opportunities.
  • Develop pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities.
  • Manage current customer relationships in the area and work current existing leads provided to you.
  • Create and communicate the value of our solutions with prospects and clients.
  • Develop individual account strategies to effectively penetrate accounts.
  • Develop thorough understanding of each account's industry and business.
  • Understand internal processes and resources to effectively execute the sale.

Education and Experience Required:
The employee will typically have a combination of the following education and experience minimums
  • 5-10 years of increasing experience in FIELD sales and carrying a quota
  • MUST show some metrics in your previous ability to achieve quota results.

Travel : Within the State of Florida (preferable).
